The powers within a sprawling arcology, known as The Derelikt, have tasked you with establishing an outpost in a remote part of the wasteland. With awful pay and equally awful conditions, you will take part in the production of goods and the extraction of resources. The outpost is rundown and alive, literally. A super-organism and its colonies keep the city running in a tacit pact with the remains of humankind.

> Expect death to be common, although not common enough where you can afford to die in vain. 

> Chase a greater objective, one which most players work towards, although remember that others also wish to impair you. 

> Figures of authority coordinate the means of production and security, while forces of chaos want to ruin the precious status quo. 

> Expect traitors and enemies from within, seeking to advance their own narratives against the common good, taking advantage of randomly occurring events that may nudge fate.
